Reverse recruitment isn’t theory—it’s a high-impact strategy I developed from real-world executive experience.

My career began at Accenture, where I built my technical foundation. I went on to hold leadership roles at Reliance Jio, Kotak Life Insurance, and later became Assistant Vice President at SBI General Insurance. Across these organizations, I led large teams, managed cross-functional mandates, and hired senior talent myself.

But when I decided to elevate my own career beyond AVP, I faced an unexpected challenge: the traditional job search model wasn’t designed for leaders.

Job boards like Monster, LinkedIn. Recruiter waitlists. Endless applications. None of it worked at the executive level.

That’s when I built a different approach—reverse recruitment—designed specifically for senior professionals. Its about positioning directly to decision-makers, bypassed gatekeepers, and creating visibility – That’s what works for Executive Roles
