1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
Once a purchase is made for any service provided by LeadershipAura, it is considered final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.
Our services involve personalized strategies, research, and execution, making them non-refundable.
2. Service-Specific Refund Policy
A. Executive Resume & LinkedIn Optimization Services
- Once the resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, or executive branding process has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary details, feedback, and documents on time.
- If a client does not respond within 7 days, the service will be considered complete, and no refund or revision requests will be entertained.
B. Done-for-You Executive Job Search Services
- This service guarantees interview opportunities within the agreed timeline (as per the contract). However, refunds will not be issued under any condition.
- Clients must actively participate in the job search process (e.g., attend interviews, approve outreach strategies, and provide necessary inputs).
- LeadershipAura is not responsible for external factors such as market conditions, employer decisions, or job availability changes.
C. Executive Coaching & Interview Preparation
- Once coaching or consultation sessions are booked, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session, it will be considered utilized.
3. Non-Transferability of Services
All purchases made for executive job search, resume services, or coaching are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your service to another individual, company, or future session.
